What is Growth Track?
For the first couple of years at Factory, someone would ask how to get involved and 10 different people would give 10 different answers. Well, now we’ve made it simple! Growth Track is an on-ramp to getting plugged-in at Factory, and making Factory Church your church home. Growth Track will guide you as you begin deeper involvement at Factory, and help you as you connect with the Factory family!

Growth track is a simple 3 step process:
STEP 1
First are the online classes. In these video classes, you are going to learn more about the history and mission of Factory Church. You are also going to discover more about your passion and purpose, and how you can make a difference not only here at Factory, but in your community!
STEP 2
Second is a one-on-one with a member of our Growth Track team. You can do this either in-person or via online video chat.
STEP 3
Third is getting plugged-in, connected, joining a Factory serve team. At this point, we consider you officially a part of our Factory Party Starters, and part of the Factory family!
